meet Ali

Chef Ali is the owner of Blue Nile Burgers, Baltimore's food truck, whose soulful story began along Sudan's Blue Nile and was inspired by his mother's Ramadan Iftar recipes. His passion for Sudanese street food deepened through extensive world travel, absorbing flavors from Syria to Denmark, which he now infuses into every Halal dish. Ali's food is a personal invitation, reflecting his global culinary journey and commitment to sharing a truly unique foodie experience with Baltimore.
